When you shop at OLIVER’S you earn points on all purchases. You can use your points to buy products and beautiful gifts in our bonus shop.

How do I earn points? Points are earned on all purchases. When you shop at OLIVER’S web shop, please remember to always log in in order to have your points correctly registered.

How many points do I earn? Every time you buy for 100 DKK you will earn 50 points.

Do I earn points when I buy OLIVER’S Gift cards? Yes, you do earn points when you buy an OLIVER’S Gift card. However, points are not earned with the use of a gift card.

Return of goods? When you return goods the corresponding number of points is deducted from your account.

How will I know how many points I have? You can always see how many points you have earned when logged in to your account, and how many points you have for shopping in our  bonus shop. You points balance is updated when we receive payment for your purchases.

Can I use my points to buy products? Your points can be used to buy products in the bonus shop. There will always be special offers on different gifts, feed and snacks at various point levels.

How do I use my points? You must be logged in to shop in the bonus shop. Under ”My account” you will find the bonus shop where you can see the products on offer. You can see the number of points for each product. Order the product you want and confirm your choice. The product will be sent to you free of charge. Your account will be updated on completion of the order.

Will it always be the same presents that I can buy? No, the selection will be changed regularly to ensure an updated and current range of exciting products available at different point rates. So it is a good idea to keep an eye on what is on offer.

Will my points expire? Yes, your points will expire after 2 years. You will recieve warning of their expiry well in advance.

Transfer of points? All points are non-transferable.
