How to get started?

We are working on an e-shop covering all EU countries, in which we do not have a national office. Until this is effective, just drop us an e-mail; enquiry@olivers-petfood.com or go to our contact page. Once contact is established you will be amazed with our level of personalized service, regardless if your enquiry is related to obtaining more information on OLIVER’S or a new 40 bags order!

Who is on the other end?

Our global customer team is situated just outside Copenhagen in our 1050m2 combined global office/warehouse and the Danish national office. From here we service BREEDERS, DISTRIBUTORS, FRANCHISEES and exquisite PRIVATE customers across Europe.
All staff in OLIVER’S are driven by the love for pets, and our global service team have an expansive knowledge about nutrition, the OLIVER’S products and handling international customer relationships. The Copenhagen International Airport is a mere 8min ride away, so if you are visiting Denmark or in transit, we can arrange for a pick-up so you can meet us in person at our premises.

When is the GLOBAL CUSTOMER CENTER open?

Our hotline +45 43 64 13 64 is open all weekdays from GMT 09:00 – 19:00. Once we have established an active relationship, you will be given the direct number for the OLIVER’S GLOBAL team member in charge of you. Your personal contact is usually reachable during weekends and nights as well, giving you the highest level of service imaginable.

What about the actual delivery?

We are working closely with various transport providers, depending on destination and size of your order. We do however welcome customers that are arranging their own transport or nominating a specific company.

What about payment?

If you are not shopping on a national e-shop, where a payment card option is available, we offer an easy 3 step pre-payment solution.
Step 1) You place your order and immediately receive information (e-mail or call) on the value of your order.
Step 2) The funds are submitted to our bank account, along with your client ID.
Step 3) Your orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours from receipt of funds.

What is the duration of transportation?

Obviously depending on the destination, we are usually looking at a 3-9 day period.

VAT / Tax Numbers

If you have a VAT number we can offer to invoice excluding the Danish VAT. All other orders are subject to the 25% Danish VAT. If you have a VAT number, just inform us of this when we are opening your account, and you are on your way to making tax free shopping…

What do you offer BREEDERS across Europe?

What is my guarantee?

OLIVER’S TRIPLE WARRANTY is our service to you - if you’re not 100% satisfied with OLIVER’S we will pick the order up at your address and refund your money, no questions asked!

Volume discounts

We offer a highly attractive volume based discount structure. Please contact us for the details.

Re-sale / Distribution

We welcome customers who wish to distribute OLIVER’S among puppy buyers, members in the dog club, breeder colleagues etc. In other words, we do not have any restrictions for your distribution of OLIVER’S. The advantages are an attractive profit per bag and that you can consolidate your orders, achieving better volume discounts.
